The Ownerless Property Transfer Scheme (OPTS) team has completed the Pilot Evaluation Report. This report is designed to assist in developing OPTS to meet the strategic objectives set out by the King and Lord Treasurer's Remembrancer (KLTR).
This report consists of lessons learned from the pilot phase of the OPTS. A more definitive evaluation of the scheme will be carried out in 2026 once the scheme processes and policies have had sufficient time to be assessed in practice.
